FAQ

Can I sell tickets above face value?

UniSalad does not allow sales of tickets above face value. If you are reported for selling above face value, you may receive a warning message from the App Admins, and face the possibility of having your account permanently deleted without warning.

  1. UniSalad is working hard to provide students with a free platform where they can sell second hand items at a reasonable price. The platform is not designed for users to make a profit for themselves.
  2. Selling above face value simply isn't fair on other students. The student life budget is tight, and making a profit from fellow students isn't very nice!
  3. Clubs/events do not allow the reselling of tickets for higher than they paid for (see exceptions below). Only an exchange for face value is allowed.

Are there any exceptions to selling above face value?

Some clubs/events in your city may allow students to resell their tickets for a price slightly above face value (maximum up to 1.5x the original value). It is the seller's responsibility to find out if they are allowed to resell their ticket for higher than face value by visiting the club's / event's website, social media pages or by contacting them.
